Shipping

We currently only ship Canada-Wide. Packages are sent discreetly through Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Our team aims to ship our products the same day the order is placed. If we are unable to ship the products out on the same day, we will ship them out the next business day. Our products are sent VIA Canada Post Xpresspost. Packages should reach your door within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once we process and ship your item.

We ship your packages safely and discreetly. Your products are sealed in scent proof packaging placed into a box to ensure a problem free arrival to your front door.

Your order will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of received payment.

We charge a flat fee of $25 for Canada Post Xpresspost delivery. Free shipping is provided on orders above $150. 

There are multiple reasons as to why your package may have been marked “Successfully Delivered”.

Often your order has not been lost or stolen, but rather experiencing delays:

  • Postal worker scanned all packages they have in possession as delivered and will spend the next 1-2 business days completing the delivery
  • Postal worker has delivered your package at the wrong address. We highly recommend you checking with your neighbours and family.
  • Please note, we are not liable for mistakes caused by Canada Post such as your package being delivered to the wrong address

If you have not received your package within 48 hours of the carriers “Successfully Delivered” status, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post which can take up to 10 business days.

Payment

Sending Interac E-transfers are different for each bank. For information on sending an Interac E-transfer, please contact your bank or visit: http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html

Currently our only method of payment we accept is Interac E-transfer.

Orders

  1. Browse our store to find the products you are interested in ordering by visiting http://westcoastbud.co/
  2. Select the desired product(s), pick your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
    When you have selected your products and you are ready to checkout, hover over your shopping bag and click “View Cart”. Confirm you have all the desired products and “Proceed to Checkout”.
  3. Input your shipping and billing information. Once all the required fields are filled, select “Complete Checkout”.
  4. Check the order confirmation email sent to you for further instructions on sending a payment via Interac E-transfer. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been received.
  5. Once the payment has been received, our fulfillment team will process the order and it will be shipped out within 1 business day. You will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number.
  • You must be over the age of 19 years
  • Minimum order of $50 or above
  • Provide a valid Canadian shipping address 

You can make changes or cancel your order as long as we have not shipped out your products. Please contact westcoastbudsupport@gmail.com for assistance.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect order, please contact us at cs.wcbud@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
